The Regimental Band of The Royal Welsh have featured in many television broadcasts - both live and pre-recorded programmes.
Stills and recordings from some of these appearances can be found below:
CODI CANU
17th March 2007
On 17th March 2007, at the Wales v. England rugby match, the Regimental Band of The Royal Welsh were joined on the pitch of the Millennium Stadium by four choirs rather than just the usual one.
This performance marked the end of many months of work for the choirs made up of supporters of the Newport Gwent Dragons, Llanelli Scarlets, the Ospreys and Cardiff Blues. The winner was to remain on the pitch and sing the anthem, accompanied by the Band.
This was not the first time the Band had rehearsed with the choirs - a run-through of the final was held on a very wet 15th February at the Gnoll Rugby Ground in Neath. The Band had also accompanied the Dragons' Choir on 21st October last year at Chepstow racecourse during one of their 'challenges'.
Videos of the different programmes featuring the Band can be found by clicking the links above.

DECHRAU CANU, DECHRAU CANMOL
12th November 2006
On Remembrance Sunday 2006 (12th November), S4C Television broadcast their popular 'Dechrau Canu, Dechrau Canmol' ('Begin to Sing, Begin to Praise') featuring the Regimental Band of The Royal Welsh in Cardiff's 'Temple of Peace'.
Both providing accompaniment to the St Davids singers and playing some solo items, the hour-long programme (presented by Alwyn Humphries) had the Band performing hymns and pieces written with a remembrance theme - such as the 'Benedictus' from Karl Jenkins's Mass for Peace, featuring Colour Sergeant Phil Hayes on Euphonium.

THE ROYAL VARIETY PERFORMANCE 2005
21st November 2005
On Monday 21st November 2005, the Band and Drums performed in front of an audience of 1,900 in the Wales Millennium Centre, Cardiff, as part of the Royal Variety Performance 2005.
Together with entertainer Bradley Walsh the Band and Drums performed a special arrangement of the song 76 Trombones as the opening number to the show:
'Their 76 Trombones got feet tapping and hands
clapping in a music-hall pastiche which doubtless
transported Her Majesty to a time when there was
little flash and even less cash to tempt audiences
to the theatre.'
